December 18, 2025: Flipkart Foundation, the charitable arm of the Flipkart Group, has partnered with Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Private Limited for a 12-month initiative across the Lucknow, Varanasi and Noida districts of Uttar Pradesh, focused on facilitating essential formalization support and strengthening access to credit linkage schemes for nano-entrepreneurs. The program is designed to help small business owners secure formal documentation and government-backed financial linkages that enable long-term stability and growth.
The partnership follows the strong impact of Phase 1, which reached more than 2,500 entrepreneurs across Lucknow and Varanasi. The previous phase enabled business owners to obtain essential documents and access welfare-linked benefits, laying the groundwork for financial security, formal participation in markets, and opportunities for growth.
In its upcoming phase, the initiative will support over 4,000 underprivileged nano-entrepreneurs hrough targeted assistance that enables access to formal business documentation such as Udyam Registration and Trade Licenses, along with government-backed credit schemes. Entrepreneurs will receive ersonalized guidance to help them complete requirements and secure the benefits essential for long-term stability and growth.

Through this collaboration, Haqdarshak will lead community outreach and drive implementation by onboarding and managing a trained local agent network. These coordinators will facilitate the application processes, track progress and provide end-to-end support to ensure entrepreneurs can successfully access relevant schemes. The initiative will directly benefit thousands of business owners, with indirect impact extending to their families and wider communities.
This partnership underscores the shared commitment of the Flipkart Foundation and Haqdarshak to enabling equitable economic opportunity and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the grassroots level.
