CSR Times Signs MoU with TERI to Strengthen India’s CSR Ecosystem

New Delhi,7th Jan 2025: CSR Times, India’s exclusive publication dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility, is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TERI – The Energy and Resources Institute, marking a significant step towards strengthening India’s CSR ecosystem through knowledge dissemination, scientific collaboration, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

TERI CSR Times MoUThe MoU was signed at TERI’s office at the India Habitat Centre by Dr Dipankar Saharia, Senior Director, TERI, and Mr Harish Chandra Uniyal, Publisher & Managing Director, CSR Times.

This strategic partnership aims to bridge corporate intent with scientific expertise and national development priorities, enabling CSR initiatives that are impactful, inclusive, and measurable on the ground.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Vibha Dhawan, Director General, TERI, highlighted the larger purpose of responsible business, stating that individual success holds little value unless it contributes to collective progress. She emphasized that true CSR goes beyond policy frameworks and must actively address growing social and economic inequalities by ensuring that development carries communities forward together.TERI CSR TIMES MoU

Dr Dipankar Saharia noted that the CSR landscape in India is rapidly evolving and can no longer function in isolation. He underlined the importance of aligning corporate social responsibility with national goals so that it acts as a catalyst for community development and social equity.

By integrating CSR Times’ extensive corporate and development networks with TERI’s deep scientific and policy expertise, both institutions are poised to function as a unified force for knowledge-driven impact, moving CSR conversations towards actionable and sustainable outcomes.

Upadhyay, Director (Hon), CSR Times; Mr Prashant Das, Editor, CSR Times; Ms Vatika Singh, Head – Strategic Partnerships, CSR Times, along with other distinguished stakeholders. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Amit Kumar Thakur.
