TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Advertising Policy

All advertisements must align with the magazine’s core values of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and ethical business practices. The publisher reserves the right to reject, revise, or remove any ad deemed inappropriate, misleading, or non-compliant with our editorial standards. Advertisers must ensure that their ads do not contain offensive, defamatory, false, or misleading claims.

2. Ad Specifications & Submission

Advertisements must be submitted in high-resolution digital formats (PDF, JPEG, or PNG). Any textual content must be grammatically accurate, professional, and factually correct. Ads requiring graphic design or modifications may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Payment & Pricing

Ad placement rates vary based on size, position, and frequency of publication. Full payment must be made in favour of BRANDWORKS MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED before the ad is published. Any cancellations made after the payment deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Editorial Discretion

The magazine reserves the right to place ads according to available space and design aesthetics. Advertorials or sponsored content must be clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”.

5. Liability & Compliance

Advertisers assume full responsibility for the claims, data, and representations in their advertisements. The magazine is not liable for errors in advertisements submitted by the advertiser. All ads must comply with local, national, and international advertising laws.

6. Deadlines & Modifications

All ad materials must be submitted at least 10 business days before publication. Any modifications after submission are subject to approval and may incur additional costs.

7. Renewals & Termination

Advertisers may renew their advertising contract by submitting a renewal request before the issue deadline. The publisher reserves the right to terminate advertising agreements if terms are violated.
