Aahwahan Foundation and  Aptiv join hands to Deliver Advanced Eye Care for 2 Lakh+ Patients Annually

2nd August 2025: Aahwahan Foundation, in association with Aptiv Components India Pvt. Ltd., has launched a state-of-the-art Model Eye Clinic in Minto Ophthalmic Hospital, Bangalore, with the vision of improving public eye care facilities for the underprivileged.

The hospital has the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment, automated ophthalmic facilities, and patient care systems, which allow the hospital to treat more than 2 lakh patients per year with improved efficiency and precision.

The event was graced by senior officials of the three organizations, namely, Dr. Nagaraju G. (Director), Dr. Suresh Babu G. (Medical Superintendent), and Mr. Rajesh Pathak (Site Director, Aptiv). Mr. Braja Kishore Pradhan, Founder & CEO, Aahwahan Foundation, also attended the function.

Mr. Braja Kishore Pradhan, CEO & Founder, Aahwahan Foundation, stated, “Quality healthcare access cannot be a privilege; it’s a common right. Due to the generosity of Aptiv’s, we’ve been able to provide the world’s best eye care to those in greatest need. This clinic is not an infrastructure enhancement; it’s a step towards health equity.”

This clinic is Aahwahan Foundation’s 50th model eye clinic in India under its broader vision for creating a sustainable impact in healthcare, education, and community development.
