Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by writing to us at editor@csrtimes.org with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.”
Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Cancellations made after the subscription has been activated will not be eligible for a refund, except under extraordinary circumstances as outlined below.
Refund Policy
CSR TIMES follows a no-refund policy for subscriptions once payment has been successfully processed. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect billing amount charged
- Subscription not activated within 10 business days of payment confirmation
- Exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or bereavement, subject to documentation and management approval
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@csrtimes.org within 15 days of the transaction date.
Please include your full name, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
Event Registrations and Advertisements Refunds for event registrations or advertisement bookings are subject to the terms outlined in the respective agreement or event brochure.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by CSR TIMES.
